He has a decade of experience focused exclusively on surgery of the face and neck and has treated thousands of happy patients. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery.
Prior to opening Redwood Facial Plastic Surgery in Berkeley, CA, Dr. Chou served as a full-time faculty academic surgeon at the prestigious Emory University, where he trained dozens of fellows, residents, and medical students and was recognized as an Atlanta Magazine Top Doctor. Now, he brings his expertise and dedication to his patients in the East Bay at Redwood Facial Plastic Surgery.
Our office is conveniently located in the beautiful Elmwood neighborhood of Berkeley, CA, three blocks from the shops and cafes of College Avenue and two blocks from Sutter Alta Bates Medical Center. We’re easily accessible from the East Bay, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Marin, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Napa Valley, Sacramento, and the greater Bay Area. Dr. Chou also welcomes out-of-town patients who may choose to fly in to sunny Northern California for surgery.
